English Speaking CNC Miller

Wat je gaat doen Do you have experience as a CNC Miller and are you open to a new challenge? We have an excellent opportunity for you at an international market leader that ranks among the top in the manufacturing industry!

In this role, you will work with a CNC milling machine, specifically a 5-axis Axa bed milling machine. You will manufacture components for machine construction, both for new builds and existing machines in the field. Each product varies in size and material, ensuring a dynamic and challenging work environment without repetitive tasks.

The machine operates with a Heidenhain control system, and part programming is conducted using a 3D Vectorcam CAD/CAM programming system. You will also be responsible for the final inspection of the components you produce. Given our department's flexibility, we encourage you to learn lathe operations over time to enhance your versatility in our team. This is what you will be doing on a daily basis; 

• Manufacturing machine components for new builds, existing machines, and external clients using a 5-axis milling machine.
• Ensuring timely delivery of the final product within allocated hours and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Performing machining operations based on technical drawings.
• Creating and modifying CNC programs independently using different programming languages.
• Conducting interim and final quality checks, identifying deviations, and taking appropriate action.

Functie-eisen

• MBO-level education and thinking ability.
• Knowledge and experience in CNC milling and machining techniques; CNC turning experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming and CNC control, preferably with Heidenhain control systems and operating a 5-axis milling machine.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Precision, a commitment to high-quality results, and flexibility.
• Proficiency in English or Dutch, both spoken and written.
