We are looking for a dedicated German and Dutch-speaking customer service representative to join our team at a leading men's clothing brand, based on the beautiful Keizersgracht in Amsterdam. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will use your empathy and problem-solving skills to provide excellent support, whether you're offering product details or resolving inquiries.

Your strong communication skills and empathetic approach will help you engage effectively with customers and understand their needs. You'll manage inquiries, process requests, and provide tailored advice to help customers make informed choices. • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
