As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving goods and placing them in the appropriate places in the warehouse.
• Working both inside the warehouse and outside on the company's premises.
• Keeping the forklift clean and orderly at the end of the day.

Work is on a single shift basis, with the possibility of overtime during the week and weekends. Occasionally required to work until goods are fully consumed, which may extend the work day as needed. We are looking for people who are flexible and willing to adapt to the company's changing requirements.

The morning shift starts at 8:00 am and continues until all orders are processed, which may mean working until 6:00 pm.

Our client is a modern vegetable processing company specializing in cutting, mixing and packing vegetables and fruits into finished and ready-to-eat products. It supplies wholesalers, supermarkets and catering outlets with an excellent assortment of ready-made vegetables, vegetable mixtures, salad mixtures, raw vegetables and ready-made salads in various packaging adapted to a specific product. They perform work to order, where FRESHNESS and quality are the leading factors.

They attach the highest importance to food safety, hygiene and ease of use, implementing our production thanks to an extremely modern machinery park, good contracts with raw material suppliers, their own transport and, finally, a group of very enthusiastic and committed employees.

• Heftruck forklift certification.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Own transportation and accommodation.
• Good knowledge of English or Dutch.
• Flexibility to work an irregular schedule.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures.
• Adherence to hygiene rules (no jewelry, artificial nails, etc.).

• Salary of €14,85 per hour.
• Overtime bonus 135% after 38 hours of work in a week.
• Additional 200% of pay for work on holidays and Sundays.
• Reimbursement of commuting costs above 5 km up to 22 km one way (€0,21 a km).
