As a General Worker in the greenhouse, you will be responsible for independently operating machinery and coordinating team efforts in the plant production process. Required skills include the ability to perform maintenance tasks and maintain cleanliness in the workplace. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery and performing routine cultivation tasks.
• Coordinating the work of employees, including temporary staff.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
• Carrying out simple cultivation activities (e.g., watering).
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Working Hours: Flexible hours, including the possibility of weekend work, depending on production needs.

?•' Shifts: Morning shift from 06:00 AM to 03:30 PM

Globe Plant specializes in the cultivation of vegetables and flowers, including Cut Gerbera for professional growers. They also produce Durora Gerbera as a potted plant. All products are grown sustainably, utilizing geothermal energy. Their primary markets are the Netherlands and clients in Germany, Belgium, France, and Switzerland, partnering locally with companies like Granoplant and Volmary.

• Ability to independently perform tasks in the production process.
• Experience in operating machinery and forklifts (heftruck).
• Skill in supervising and coordinating the work of other employees.
• Preferred education in a field related to production or horticulture.
• Practical experience in a similar role or industry.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
• High precision in task execution and maintaining order in the workplace.

• Salary ranging from €15.05 to €16.46 per hour, depending on experience.
