As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will take charge of overseeing daily operations and supporting workflow within the warehouse. You'll also manage a team of 10 warehouse operators on an operational level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain accuracy and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely operations.

You will working from Monday till Sunday (with one or two days free) in 3 shift:

• from 06:00-14:30
• from 14:00-22:30
• from 23:00-06:30

Our client is one of the leading logistics organizations in the Netherlands. At their newly established distribution center in Hoofddorp, they manage and process orders for customers across Europe.

• Strong communication skills with proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge and experience in warehouse processes, including import and export operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse (WHS) systems and scanning systems.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• A VGB (Certificate of Good Conduct) is required.

• A salary of € 2435,00 - € 3615,00 (depending on experience)
• Shift allowance between 18:00 and 06:00 hour
• Extra allowance of 30% on top of your salary if you worked more than 9 hours!
• Saturday surcharge of 50% and Sunday surcharge of 100% on top of your hourly wage!
• Surcharges on public holidays of 200% on top of your hourly wage! 
• Pension accrual and fulltime job for a longer period
• Travel expense reimbursement of 9.30 euros max
