As an Order Picker/Packer you start with a quick training. On your first day you will learn how to work with everything within Lidl Online Roosendaal:

• If you are an Order Picker, you will pick non-food items from the Lidl Online warehouse with a hand scanner and put them in your cart. This job involves taking 15,000 steps a day.
• If you are in the Packaging department, you will pack orders.
• You will ensure that all customers get their orders home correctly and on time.
• In the Lidl Online warehouse, you will work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure that all processes are carried out as timely and efficiently as possible.
