As a pollinator, you are an important link in the development of new crops. Your duties include:

• Manually pollinate and cross-pollinate plants.
• Emasculating and processing plants and seeds.
• Accurately recording and checking data.
• Working with fine motor skills and a lot of concentration.
• Cooperating with colleagues and flexibly responding to plant growth.
