E-bike mechanic

You will be working at a company in Veldhoven that produces ebikes for various customers in Europe.

What will you do?
As an e-bike mechanic, you will be responsible for assembling, checking and adjusting electric bikes. You ensure that our customers can enjoy their bikes safely and carefree. 

Your duties include:

• Unpacking and checking bicycle and e-bike parts;
• Assembling parts and mounting accessories;
• Installing and adjusting brakes, gears and other components;
• Checking the quality and operation of e-bike;
• Spotting and solving any technical problems;
• Preparing e-bikes for delivery to the customer.

In addition, you make sure that the goods in the warehouse are neatly tidied up and everything is put in its place.
It is important that the packing slips are properly checked and the quality is guaranteed. 

In this position you will work between 24 and 40 hours per week in day shift. Working hours and days in consultation and depending on the seasonal traffic in the bicycle industry.

• Experience as a bicycle mechanic or affinity for technology and tinkering with bicycles;
• Basic knowledge of e-bike systems is a plus but not a must;
• Dexterity and accuracy in assembling and adjusting parts;
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
