Main responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to accurately weigh and mix ingredients.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with production standards.
- Prepare raw materials and organize production batches according to procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report progress or issues to supervisors.
- Clean and maintain equipment to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Attractive hourly wage of €17.15, excluding shift allowance.
- 20.5% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift schedule, applied to every hour worked.
- Opportunity for a permanent contract after six months, starting with a one-year contract.
- Travel allowance of €0.42 per kilometer.
- Pension contributions starting from your first week of employment.
- Availability to work in a 3-shift schedule.
- Experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a strong focus on safety and hygiene.
- Comfortable working around strongly scented raw materials.
