Warehouse Assistant

You will be working at a warehouse located in Bergen op Zoom. The company has been established for over 30 years, focusing on delivering high-quality nutritional supplements and promoting holistic well-being worldwide.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse. Reporting to the Process Team Leader, you will be responsible for following all warehouse procedures and ensuring products move efficiently through the supply chain with accuracy and care at each stage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining high accuracy when picking and packing customer orders
• Ensuring boxes are securely closed and sealed to maintain product safety and quality
• Regularly monitoring and replacing labels and tape in machines to ensure smooth and efficient packing
• Collaborating and adapting during busy periods
• Assisting with detailed stock audits, including the annual stock audit
• Being well-trained in manual handling operations and performing tasks safely
• Adhering to and ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies, demonstrating a duty of care for colleagues and equipment
• Informing the Team Leader of any stock damage or equipment issues

• Strong with numerical skills
• Fluent in English to accurately receive, interpret, and communicate information
• Detail-oriented and focused on delivering accurate work
• Able to perform picking and packing tasks with precision and efficiency
• Reliable, committed, and proactive in your role
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• A team player who communicates effectively and positively contributes to team success
• English proficiency (required)
• Work authorization for the Netherlands (required)
• Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check (VOG)
