We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Reachtruck Driver. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work. The position operates on a rotating two-shift schedule: one week from 06:00 to 15:00, and the next from 15:00 to 00:00. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reachtruck equipment efficiently and safely to move and stack pallets within the warehouse.
• Load and unload goods from trucks and containers, ensuring secure handling and accurate placement.
• Support inventory management tasks, including conducting cycle counts and replenishing stock as required.
• Perform routine pre-operation checks and basic maintenance on the reachtruck to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and safeguard personnel, goods, and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly stacking pallets in designated areas.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors for timely resolution.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and records related to reachtruck operations.

Requirements:

• A valid reachtruck operator certification is preferable but not necessary, however past experience is required.
• Solid knowledge of safety procedures and a strong commitment to operating equipment safely.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure precise pallet stacking and efficient inventory management.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting productivity goals.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: €14.26 per hour.
• Shift Allowances: Enjoy additional pay with +30% after 18:00, +50% on Saturdays, and +100% on Sundays.
