Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms to the highest standards, including cleanliness, functionality, and stationery supplies.
- Coordinate meeting room approvals and create WebEx links for virtual events.
- Collaborate daily with catering, movers, and AV colleagues, ensuring smooth event operations.
- Engage in weekly meetings with IT to streamline event technology.
- Assist in administrative tasks and prepare for interpreters during high-level events.
