As a Machine operator at Heras, you will be a crucial part of our production process. You will be responsible for operating and setting up two different welding robots, performing a wide range of welding tasks. The role requires accuracy and attention to detail to ensure high quality welding. While welding experience is an advantage, we offer the opportunity to develop the necessary skills on the job. Responsibilities:

• Operating Welding Robots: Responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring two different welding robots to ensure high-quality welding work.
• Setup and calibration: Adjusting welding robots based on specific production requirements and performing calibrations to ensure precision.
• Quality control: Performing visual and technical inspections of welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintenance and Failure Analysis: Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of any malfunctions on the welding robots to ensure smooth production.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of production parameters, maintenance activities and quality checks.
• Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Working closely with co-workers and other departments to improve production efficiency and quality.

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. To 3:15 p.m.

Weekend work: 5 to 10 times a year on Saturdays

Start date: As soon as possible, preferably tomorrow

• Overtime allowance: 141% to 146%.
