Operator – Keep Our Modern Processes Running Smoothly!

As an Operator, you ensure our advanced installations run efficiently and without issues. You manage raw materials and maintain the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Improve safety, environment, and quality standards.
• Ensure a steady and efficient supply of materials.
• Monitor and optimize processes like fermentation, water treatment, and gas processing.
• Conduct quality checks on waste streams and final products.
• Oversee loading and unloading activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, including on-call shifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report defects.
• Continuously monitor installations and adjust where needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment, including work permits and compliance checks.
• Supervise external technicians and specialists.

Work Schedule:

You’ll work in a dynamic 2-shift system:

• Morning shift: 05:00 – 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 – 01:00
  Plus, you’re available to work two Saturdays per month (06:00 – 12:00).

• MBO-level work and thinking capacity.
• A strong affinity with technology and experience with machinery.
• Can speak good English.
• Available full-time for a 2-shift system.
• A VCA and forklift certificate is a plus, but not required.
• Flexible to work two Saturdays per month.

• Competitive salary: Earn between €16.13 and €20.41 per hour, based on experience.
• Receive an 8.75% shift allowance.
• Long-term role with the possibility of a permanent contract after 26 weeks of good performance.
