As a Senior Scheduling Specialist , you will be the technical expert in scheduling within the Global Project Methodology (GPM). You will coordinate data input from various disciplines, create accurate reports, and monitor schedules throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will work closely with the project steering team to analyze deviations and develop action plans.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide advice on techniques to reduce cycle times.
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules, from design to commissioning.
- Monitor schedules and incorporate changes due to scope adjustments or delays.
- Align project schedules with cost estimates and resource planning.
- Conduct capacity checks and critical path analyses to identify bottlenecks.
- Evaluate project deviations and develop recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cost management to ensure realistic project timelines.
- Develop and implement scheduling strategies for capital and operational projects.
