Team Leader Logistics

As a Team Leader Logistics Employee at our client, you will primarily work in the cross-dock area, where goods are received and immediately dispatched to customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading goods using a pallet truck
• Ensuring a logical and efficient workflow
• Facilitating quick and accurate delivery of goods by the driver
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Responsible for the staff on the work floor
• Ensuring the correct packing slips are assigned to the staff
• Streamlining the work process
• Supervising working hours and maintaining communication with the staff
• Your insights and hands-on approach will be crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Our customer is a major specialist in the field of freight transport. From a brand new building in Zeewolde they distribute various electronics products, from white goods to telephone chargers. They do this all over the country. To achieve this, everything in the distribution center must run smoothly, from planning to storage. The team is very close-knit, with no one remaining unseen, which ensures that the logistics process runs smoothly every day.
