Technical Production Employee

This job as a production worker suits you well if you have experience in technical work or if you have completed a technical education. Please note: Technical experience is a mandatory requirement to be eligible for this role. You will work in a three-shift schedule and receive a salary of €3800,- gross per month (including shift allowance) in return.
As a Production Worker, your tasks will vary depending on the department you are assigned to.

It is important that you can work accurately. You will receive thorough training from this employer, and after one year of good performance, you will be offered a permanent contract with the company.
Your working hours as a production worker are:

• Day shift: Monday to Friday 6:00-14:00;
• Evening shift: Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00;
• Night shift: Monday to Thursday 22:00-6:00.

Jouw nieuwe werkplek

At this company, you will work as a production worker in the production of high-power transformers. These are mainly used in large solar or wind farms. In this way, you contribute to the energy transition.
It is important that you have some experience in the technical field. This can be through relevant work experience or whenever you completed a technical education. Did you not complete your education? No problem! You can follow an MBO education internally.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work;

• Proficiency in either Dutch or English at least at a B1 level or higher.
