Operator 3 Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a packaging operator at Perfetti Van Melle, you play a key role in producing the world-famous Mentos candy. Your work ensures that our products reach customers worldwide in perfect condition. You'll be responsible for keeping the packaging process running smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards. If you have experience with operating machinery and a sharp eye for detail, this could be the job for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee the packaging line, quickly resolving minor malfunctions while working with the technical team for larger issues.
• Collaborate with fellow operators to maintain an efficient production process and assist where needed.
• Keep the production line stocked with materials to avoid downtime.
• Perform quality checks, report any deviations, and suggest improvements.

• Competitive salary with a monthly wage between €3200 and €3600 including shift allowance; 
• Shift allowance of 20% per hour;

Functie-eisen

• Previous experience as a packaging operator on a line with multiple machines with the ability to operate and maintain standars;
• Interest in the food industry, with a strong understanding of quality and safety standards;
• Availability to work in a 3-shift rotation.
