Wat je gaat doen Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new challenge? Join an international market leader at the forefront of the manufacturing industry!

As a CNC Miller, you’ll work with a 5-axis Axa bed milling machine, producing components for both new builds and existing machinery. Each product varies in size and material, ensuring diverse and engaging tasks without repetitive routines.You’ll program using a 3D Vectorcam CAD/CAM system with Heidenhain controls and take full responsibility for the final inspection of your products. Our team values flexibility, so we encourage you to learn lathe operations over time to expand your role.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing machine components for new builds, existing machines, and external clients using a 5-axis milling machine;
• Delivering high-quality products within allocated timeframes;
• Interpreting technical drawings for machining operations;
• Creating and modifying CNC programs independently using various programming languages;
• Conducting interim and final quality checks, identifying deviations, and taking corrective action.

Functie-eisen

• MBO-level education and thinking ability;
• Proven experience in CNC milling and machining techniques (CNC turning experience is a plus);
• Skilled in CNC programming, preferably with Heidenhain controls on a 5-axis milling machine;
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Detail-oriented, committed to high-quality results, and adaptable;
• Proficiency in English or Dutch, both spoken and written.
