Responsibilities:- Operate and adjust various processing machines, including the lamination line, ensuring adherence to production protocols.
- Monitor production quality, proactively identifying and correcting deviations to maintain high standards.
- Independently reconfigure machines for different production runs, contributing to operational efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Collaborate with a team of 11-20 members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive work atmosphere.
