As a Meeting & Events Organizing Specialist you are responsible for the organization, progress and finances of group reservations and the clear communication of this within the hotel. In addition, you are the main contact person for all your confirmed groups and you actively build a relationship with the guests to ensure repeated business.
Associated tasks are:
Manage all event details, including menus, floorplans, rooming lists and other logistical requirements;
Proactively offer tailored solutions to meet client needs while optimizing profitability;
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling event enhancements and cross-selling additional services and packages;
