As a Guest Relations Officer you are the calling card of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam. You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing and mainly optimizing guest satisfaction. Together with the Front Office team, you have an overview of which guests arrive and are welcomed every day. You like to pamper VIP guests extra and you know better than anyone how to do that! You work closely with the Front Office team and of course you help them when necessary so that everything runs smoothly.
In addition, you deal with reviews on a daily basis. Every review matters, and you know it! By posting the right comments and taking next steps, you can ensure that guests have an unconditional stay. They have to come back like this! You also take on some administrative tasks such as making schedules and ensure proper complaint handling.
