Upcoming operator 5 shifts

Wat je gaat doen For our Scent department at IFF in Tilburg, we are looking for a junior operator to help create fragrance compounds. What makes this role unique is the constant variety in production – no two days are the same! Together with 24 dedicated colleagues, you will ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Your responsibilities:

• Collecting powders and liquids for fragrance production;
• Mixing and accurately weighing raw materials;
• Operating and monitoring production equipment;
• Ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards

Work Schedule (5-Shift system):
🕲 07:00 - 15:00
🕲 15:00 - 23:00
🕲 23:00 - 07:00 Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €19.42 (full-time), excluding shift allowance;
• 30% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage for every hour worked;
• A job with future prospects – we aim for a permanent contract at IFF;
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and a 13th-month salary;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;
• Pension plan starting from your first week of employment.

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English;
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system;
• Experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator;
• Strong attention to detail, especially when weighing and dispensing powders and liquids;
• Comfortable working with strong fragrances.
