You’ll make sure everything stays well-lubricated, the machines work hard and steady, and only the finest pieces make it out. You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a steady hand, and the drive to keep things moving. Here, you are the boss of the machines – and if you treat them right, they’ll never let you down.
Your Tasks:
🍆 Manage materials – always keep the flow going, so no one’s left high and dry.
🎛️ Operate machines – set them up, keep them running hard, and make sure they stay properly lubricated.
👀 Quality control – look, feel, and inspect – only the best ones get to roll out.
📦 Packing & labeling – wrap it up tight and make sure everything is marked and ready to go.
💪 Teamwork & safety – keep the workspace clean and safe while keeping the energy high. Wat we je bieden

💰 Salary of €16.74 per hour (including 15.43% shift allowance – extra pocket money for later).
📄 Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position (if it clicks, we’ll hold onto you tight).

🚓 Travel allowance from 10 km one way – we make sure your ride is worth it.

We need a production worker who isn’t afraid to take charge and knows how to keep things tight and smooth.✔️

MBO 2/3 work and thinking level.
✔️ Full-time availability for 2 shifts.
Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM
✔️ Good command of Dutch or English – communication is key.
✔️ Ready to start immediately and flexible – we like people who can roll with it.
✔️ Standing work in a noisy environment? No problem, you love a little action.
