Packaging Operator

Wat je gaat doen As an operator at Perfetti Van Melle’s Mentos factory, you’ll play a crucial role in the packaging department. Your efforts ensure that people around the world can enjoy their favorite Mentos candy. You’ll be responsible for keeping the packaging process smooth and efficient.

Your key responsibilities:

• Ensure the production line operates efficiently, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major malfunctions to the technical team;
• Support fellow operators on different machines to maintain a steady workflow across the department;
• Supply materials to keep the production line running without interruptions;
• Perform quality checks, detect deviations in the process, report issues, and suggest improvements.

• A competitive salary with a range between €3,200 – €3,600 per month (including shift allowances);
• Shift allowance of 20% extra pay for every worked hour;

• Previous experience as a packaging operator, with the ability to handle and maintain multiple machines on a production line;

• Availability to work in a 3-shift system.
