- A salary of €2.573,95 gross per month based on: 40 hours per week

Werkzaamheden
As a Customer Service Agent, you are the ears and voice of KLM.The following will consist of your activities:
- You answer incoming questions from Travel agents, via telephone. The questions are mainly about existing and new bookings and you will provide information to them about flights, tickets, fares and upgrades
- You guide and help them navigate through the different sources of information to arrive at an answer You formulate and reformulate customer problems/questions to understand what the customer really means/wants
- You de-escalate customer complaints by looking for a solution that serves the interests of both KLM and the customer
Arbeidsduur en werktijden
This is a job for 32 or 40 hours a week. Cygnific/KLM offers a 24/7 service.
The working hours for this role vary depending on the department:
- For the passenger line, shifts are scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, from Monday to Sunday.
- Eventually, you will also work on the B2T line, where shifts take place between 08:00 and 20:00, from Monday to Friday.
Please note that shift times may vary depending on operational needs!
This is a hybrid position. The initial training will take place at the office. After the paid training of 8 weeks (40 hours per week), you will be required to work at least three days per week in the office, with the flexibility to work from home on the remaining days. As you gain more experience, the number of required office days may decrease.

Functie-eisen
- You have an excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- You are available for the full-time (40-hours) training starting on April 7th
