Employment agency Manpower is looking for a customer service agent for Syngenta Seeds in De Lier.
In this role, you will manage customer orders from entry to confirmation, ensuring timely and accurate processing. You will communicate proactively with customers and account managers to resolve issues and maintain service levels. You will handle unconfirmed orders, shortages, and special requests, and process billing and credit notes. You will provide reports, track customer satisfaction, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Using SAP, you will monitor order progress, manage customer claims, and support internal processes like pricing and data maintenance. Additionally, you will proactively identify sales opportunities, connect customers to internal experts, and help develop customer service standards and procedures.
