Your ability to handle parcels up to 30 kg and communicate effectively in Dutch or English will set you up for success in this role.
What you’ll be doing:

• Delivery execution: Safely deliver packages on time, building trust and loyalty with our customers.
• Route optimization: Plan your daily route to maximize efficiency and punctuality.
• Customer service: Engage with clients with a positive attitude, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience.
• Parcel management: Safely handle and transport a wide range of shipments, maintaining DHL’s quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our team to maintain an efficient, supportive, and positive work environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid B driver’s license and 2+ year driving experience
• Previous courier experience in the Netherlands
• Available for minimum 28 hours per week, including Fridays
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive mindset
• Able to handle parcels up to 30 kg
