As a Contract Administrator, you’ll become part of the Legal & Business Affairs team at a global media company, where you’ll support the drafting and processing of international distribution agreements.
Your duties will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and coordinating license agreements;
- Supporting Legal & Business Affairs attorneys with projects, contract review and contract and sales analysis;
- Recording data for legal analysis and contract preparation;
- Monitoring and coordinating the execution of contracts and documentation;
- Creating summaries of important deals for internal reporting;
- Uploading and managing documents in the document management system.
We are looking for a full-time candidate who can start in April to temporarily cover a six-month leave of absence.
