Im Melanie (34 years old), my husband Pedro (35 years old) and a beagle Oreo (7 years old) from Portugal. Me and my husband both work in shifts and have a day care for our baby girl from Tuesday to Friday, but we need some help for Monday (not all of them) and some help in other days, depending on how is our shift schedule. Anyway we can plan with at least one month ahead.
