About the Role
As a Part-145 & Part-M Technical Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and verifying aircraft maintenance records using our automated systems. Based on information provided by maintenance technicians, you will update data and ensure that all activities are properly documented. You’ll also prepare comprehensive final reports detailing the work carried out during major maintenance checks. Your work is essential to ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain records of open and closed defects in the database;
- Enter flight hours and cycle information into the automated tracking system;
- Adjust aircraft inventory following component replacements or inspections;
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports for clients following service visits;
- Maintain logbooks for aircraft fuselages, engines, and propellers;
- Regularly verify that all relevant data is correctly managed within the system;
- Archive historical maintenance records in line with regulations.

Requirements
- Experienced in administrative processes and systems, ideally within the aviation industry;
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems for extended periods;
- Familiarity with aviation maintenance regulations (Part-145 & Part-M) is a plus;
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
What You Can Expect
- A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,300, depending on your experience and qualifications;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (up to 30 km);
