Due to continuous growth, our client is looking for additional support within the Line Maintenance department. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) based at Maastricht Airport in the Netherlands.
As a Line Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all line stations worldwide from our maintenance facility in Maastricht. Your role includes managing Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations, overseeing mid-term planning with regard to special tools and resources, scheduling rotations for line engineers, and maintaining daily communication with clients, engineers, and the Line Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage staff schedules and shift planning;
- Oversee and track engineer licensing and certifications;
- Maintain daily communication with clients, engineers, and CAMO regarding aircraft status;
- Plan mid-term requirements for tooling, GSE, materials, and specialized services (e.g. NDT) at remote stations;
- Provide reporting and administrative support to the Line Maintenance Manager.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within an international environment is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Able to perform effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
What Can You Expect?
- A starting salary between 2800 and 3200 euro gross, depending on experience
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and pension contributions.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to a maximum of 60 km per working day.
