As an office manager, your main responsibilities would include assisting the bank's executives with their daily tasks by handling incoming emails, calls, and appointments from business partners and suppliers. You will also oversee general office operations, ensuring everything is in order, creating reports, and welcoming guests.
Fluency in Turkish and Dutch is required, as communication within the team and with headquarters is primarily in those languages. It is also important that you are willing to learn about the company's culture to integrate well into the team.
