As Fulltime recruiter at Unilever in Rotterdam, you'll drive talent strategy, innovate sourcing, and cultivate the people powering growth. What are you going to do:

Job Description
As a recruiter (or talent partner), you'll manage the Talent Agenda for your job openings including the Ben & Jerry ice cream factory in Hellendoorn, overseeing internal and external recruitment.

Your responsibilities
You are the expert in the external talent market, finding the right candidates and maintaining relationships for future hires. You'll innovate beyond traditional recruitment methods, using various sourcing channels to engage talent for current and future needs. You'll impact by understanding the talent market, advising on sourcing channels, and recruit top external talent. You'll proactively identify candidates using internal networks or externally on platforms like LinkedIn. You are the go-to-person for internal and external vacancies in your scope including Ben & Jerry Ice Cream Factory (Hellendoorn)

You work closely with Business Leads and their Leadership Teams, HRBPs and HR People Partners. This will be across all areas of the business in the Netherlands. This means adding value by the knowledge and management of the internal talent pipeline through individual conversations, talent meetings for dedicated functions, and support. As a recruiter, you will provide a  on internal Market View, Talent Trends, HR analytics-enabled business insights on quality of hire and internal benchmarks.

What we ask:

• At least finished hbo or Wo in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field;
• 4+ years proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Management within FMCG or retail;
• Stakeholder management skills, consulting skills and resilience;
• Fluent English (writing and speaking);
• Knowledge of MS Office, Workday (or similar HRIS);
