As HSE Officer, you will play a vital role in shaping our safety culture. You will conduct risk assessments, recommend improvements to production and working methods, and collaborate with management on essential HSE investments. Key responsibilities

• Identify and recommend enhancements to production processes, workplace organization, and the use of machinery and hazardous substances;
• Work closely with managers to ensure all employee and contractor activities comply with legislative requirements;
• Review proposed purchases and projects to ensure they meet HSE standards from the outset;
• Oversee adherence to global standards and company-wide HSE initiatives, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;
• Analyze work situations using Risk Assessment & Evaluations (RI&E) and ensure action plans are effectively executed;
• Provide essential health and safety training, particularly for new employees, to foster a culture of safety throughout the organization.
