As Senior Technician DSP you will be responsible for the experimental work to develop processes to recover food enzymes (and other biological products) from fermentation or biomass-derived feedstocks. Your responsibilities include:

• Organize and independently perform downstream processing experiments in the laboratory (including bench scale) and occasionally support pilot plant scale trials
• You make use of a wide range of DSP techniques such as filtration, centrifugation, extraction, crystallization, drying and formulation both in laboratory and pilot-scale
• Optimize downstream process parameters through scaled-down experiments, and support product development by replicating technical and food-grade product samples at lab and pilot scales
