Employment agency Manpower is looking for a customer service agent for Lynk & Co in Maastricht.
In the position as customer service agent, you will be responding to customer queries, concerns, and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, chat or in person. You can expect the following activities:
- Providing accurate and timely information to address customer needs
- Investigating and resolving customer issues. Including product or service-related problems
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution
- Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information
- Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in a clear and organized manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while assisting customers
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to meet customer needs
- Collaborating with other team members, departments, or supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer service processes
