Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Payroll Consutlant for Dow in Terneuzen.
As a Payroll Consultant, you will coordinate administrative and control activities within the Payroll department. With your precision, structured approach, and flexibility, you will ensure that payroll processes run smoothly. You will work closely with various stakeholders and contribute to a high-quality compliance landscape. Your responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll, time and attendance, and data management.
- Ensuring confidentiality and high accuracy in information processing.
- Ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees and authorities.
- Collaborating with other HR departments and payroll providers for data validation.
- Participating in audits and complying with internal control and compliance frameworks.
- Answering questions from employees and managers about payroll.
- Preparing ad hoc reports and performing additional tasks as needed.
What you will get:

Working hours
