As a Coordinator you are responsible for our employees and enjoy taking care of everything. You are involved in recruiting and registering temporary workers, distributing work shoes, applying for BSN numbers, arranging doctor visits and much more. Essentially, you handle everything from their arrival in the Netherlands until they have settled in with our clients. Through your personal contact you ensure that they truly feel at home!
As an enthusiastic multitasker, you take on various responsibilities, including:
- Being the first point of contact for our employees;
- Onboarding and guiding our candidates and employees;
- Successfully managing relationships with our external recruitment offices;
- Sending and updating work schedules in the system;
- Performing administrative tasks necessary for the entire process;
- Coordinating and supervising housing and transportation for our employees.
