In this challenging role, you will be responsible for specific processes within an internationally operating high-tech company in the manufacturing industry. The focus is on high-quality coatings and heat treatments of industrial products. Through specialized processes, the company strives daily for exceptional quality and durability in both products and repairs. Together with your team leader and dedicated colleagues, you will continuously work on improving processes and performance in terms of quality and safety. Your experience with (chemical) processes and metalworking provides the ideal foundation for this role. You have a keen eye for detail and improvements and actively participate in (5S) projects that enhance our processes to be safer and more efficient.

Wat wij vragen

• You have a VMBO or LTS level education, supplemented with experience in (chemical) processes, preferably within the high-tech manufacturing industry or metalworking.
• You work meticulously and have experience with tight tolerances and strict safety requirements. Experience with coatings and ovens is a plus.
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
