We are looking for a Commercial Support Specialist to manage both administrative tasks and client-facing responsibilities, collaborating with international clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. In this role, you'll be the foundation of our team, handling inquiries, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, growth-focused relationships with customers and prospects;
- Manage client inquiries and oversee discussions related to contracts, samples, projects, and invoicing;
- Accurately process data in ERP and other relevant systems;
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of quotations and tenders;
- Partner with the headquarters team to conduct market research;
- Organize customer meetings and design impactful presentations;
- Provide essential administrative support to the supervisor and the team as needed.
