Role Overview:
If you're available for at least 24 hours a week, then this is your chance to be part of a dynamic team as a German-speaking customer service agent! You'll create memorable experiences for our German customers and help them with their shopping needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage customer inquiries in German via phone and email;
Ensure smooth order processing and handle returns;
Keep product details up to date;
Share your ideas to enhance our customer service experience.
What makes you the right fit?
You've got a love for design and additionally great communication skills. Being fluent in both German and English is necessary for this customer service position, as you'll be assisting our German customers in finding exactly what they need. If you have some experience in customer service, that's a plus!
