Key Responsibilities
- Offer tech support via phone and email for domestic appliance clients.
- Conduct initial diagnostics and troubleshooting with 60 available processes.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
- Enhance client satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and using resources like YouTube tutorials.
- Handle minor repairs, follow-up on orders, and address complaints.
- Utilize three software programs for the support process.
- Cross-sell products as needed.
Requirements
- Near native level of Dutch.
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience in customer service or tech support (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (phone and email).
- Ability to handle and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software programs.
- Cross-selling skills are a plus.
