Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Planner E&I for Dow in Terneuzen.
The Turnaround Field Planner is someone who has experience in Maintenance and/or Turnarounds, with the skills and knowledge to compile a job package from a work order. This package contains all information about the work material and services needed to perform the work safely, effectively and efficiently.
As a Maintenance Planner E&I you will perform the following working activities:
- Assesses the scope of work orders for completeness.
- Creates multidisciplinary safe-job plans based on the scope of the work order and archived plans.
- Checks archived plans regularly in practice.
- Depending on the boundary conditions, chooses the right method and resources for the job plan and determines the associated lead times.
- Is able to draw up different alternatives for the job plan and evaluate them with regard to costs and lead time.
- Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) processes and procedures.
- Informs other departments/companies about their obligation to provide input for compiling the job plan.
- Processes feedback from the execution to optimize archived plans.
- Monitors his planning backlog, identifies problems and takes action.
- Performs Cost estimating at job level.
- Identifies where the job plan will deviate in terms of scope or costs and consults with those involved where necessary.
- Assesses a construction package with regard to the execution.
- Indicates the necessary preparations by production where necessary.
- Transfers the job to open plan when the material has arrived.
- Uses the GMWP (Global Maint Work Process) and procedures, consults technical data, contributes (changed) data for correction and/or corrects it himself.
- Collaborates with other disciplines where necessary.
- Acts as a source of information for customers and colleagues.
