Working part-time as a webcare specialist via YoungCapital, you would join our client's French-Dutch customer service in Amsterdam. Our client is a digital delivery partner, working with important retails chains globally. Their client for this position is a famous store chain that is already well implanted all across Europe. Through this company, you would provide help to the customers of this store for the Dutch and French market.
Here is what you will do :Â
- You reply to the customer's requests on the client's webshop.
- You provide help to the customers on social medias such as Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, and more.
- You also handle requests by calls and e-mails.
- You answer questions about products, orders, delivery times and warranties.
- And all of this in French and Dutch!
About your schedule :
- As a French-Dutch webcare specialist, you can work part-time, between 16 hours to 32 hours a week
- You also have the possibility of working full-time if that's what you are looking for!
- The French-Dutch customer service you will work in is open from Monday to Sunday between 09:00 to 21:00. If you are flexible to work between those hours, and sometimes on weekends, this might be a match!
You will work in the office in Amsterdam, within the French-Dutch web specialist team that counts already ten people. You will receive a paid training on the first week, and after three days, you will be able to work from home half of the week. The working language is English, but you will deal with French and Dutch-speaking customers. Therefore, for this vacancy, it is important that you can combine your ability of remaining friendly and calm with any customers with your flawless French and Dutch skills.Â
