Employment agency Manpower is looking for Payroll Representatives for Dow Terneuzen.
As a Payroll Representative, you will ensure that employees in Spain are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local regulations, employment conditions, and company policies. You will play a crucial role in payroll administration and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Processing Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management efficiently.
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and payments to employees and local authorities.
- Maintaining internal control and compliance frameworks, including internal and external audits.
- Responding to and resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Representing the Payroll team in projects and process improvements.
- Identifying and escalating complex payroll issues when necessary.
What do we offer?
- Gross salary between €3,420 and €3,950 per month.
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
