As a customer service employee, you and your colleagues are responsible for the daily contact with customers and publishers from German-speaking countries, mainly for book and magazine series. You are also the first point of contact for customers and are actively involved in solving questions.
- Management of all customer communication via e-mail and telephone;
- Recording appointments, requests, orders and follow-up of both customers and publishers;
- Ensures internal communication in order to properly handle customer requests;
- Responsible for the complete handling of customer files.
