As a Danish customer service agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their travel bookings and inquiries. Your tasks will consist of offering advice on destinations, resolving issues and making sure everything goes according to plan. This customer support role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills who is ready to go the extra mile to make Danish customers happy.
This full-time role offers a work week of 32 to 40 hours. The customer service is open from 08:00 to 20:00, which means that your schedule will vary within these hours. You will participate in a two-week training program to learn about the job and the company, starting June 2nd. Once this onboarding process is complete, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days a week.

- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
