De functieAs an Electronic System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring system compliance with customer requirements throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. Based on the customer's critical performance criteria, you will derive system-level requirements that meet Performance, Manufacturability, Reliability, and Serviceability standards. You will assess the feasibility of these requirements and support the entire product development process until validation and final integration at the customer's site. As an Electronic System Engineer, you will regularly interact with customers, addressing their questions and requests professionally and proactively. To excel in this role, you need to be customer-oriented, possess excellent problem analysis skills, strong persuasion abilities, good communication skills, and natural leadership qualities. This role may require occasional travel.

The ideal candidate for the Electronic System Engineer position has several years of experience in a high-tech environment, with a background in semiconductor equipment being advantageous. The following qualifications and attributes are essential:
- You hold a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering;
- You are knowledgeable about state-of-the-art solutions and products in Metrology and/or Precision Mechanisms;
- You have strong communication skills;
- You are proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
