Functie
How you keep the engine running with us
- Development of engineered minor repair solutions in accordance with airworthiness requirements;
- Development and creation of cost saving engineering initiatives;
- Justification and verification of failure classifications in accordance with EASA/FAA regulations;
- Development of engineering solutions in order to avoid obsolescence on legacy aircraft platforms;
- Monitoring of new technologies, selection of potential applications and translation into repair development;
- Preparing, checking and approving certification reports.
Functie-eisen
To succeed in this role you should bring the following skills and experience:
- A Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering at HBO level (minimum);
- A strong affinity with aircraft (component) design and operations;
- Knowledge of system design and safety assessments related to Aerospace Engineering;
- Experience with Aviation regulations, preferably EASA Part 145 and Part 21;
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills both in Dutch and English;
- Demonstrated ability to create plans and rationalize priorities;
- Demonstrated ability in clear communication towards internal and external stakeholders.
